DEATH Calaca Pin by Weird Neighbor

A Calaca pin created exclusively for the Royal Alberta Museum’s exhibition: Death: Life’s Greatest Mystery by local artist Weird Neighbor.

A Calaca is a whimsical figure of a skeleton or Skeleton head often used in celebration in Mexican culture particularly during the Days of the Dead festival.

Pin is silver plated, and approximately 2 inches tall. Two pins on the back to hold it secure with a rubber backing. It’s super smooth, because it’s a hard enamel cloisonné pin.
