A Shabti pin created exclusively for the Royal Alberta Museum’s exhibition: Death: Life’s Greatest Mystery by local artist Weird Neighbor.
A Shabti is a small funerary figurine from ancient Egypt, typically placed in tombs alongside other grave goods.
Pin is silver plated, and approximately 2 inches tall. Two pins on the back to hold it secure with a rubber backing. It’s super smooth, because it’s a hard enamel cloisonné pin.
