We crafted this bar using cacao beans from the Camino Verde Fermentary located in Duran outside Guayaquil, Ecuador. These Neo-Nacional variety cacao beans comes from hundreds of farmers across Ecuador. They were sourced by the Camino Verde’s owner, Vicente Norero.
