“My work situates itself at the intersections of art, design, and contemporary craft and investigates themes such as liminality, resonance, and void. I make work using minimalistic aesthetics and industrial processes to produce carefully profiled objects with the traces of the hand removed. This homage to a more reductive and design-based process speaks to my desire to tease out the underlying structure of a thing and then see it multiplied and reworked in combinatory ways to produce rhythms, contrasts or acts of excavation. Science is used as a generative method to envision the essence of a phenomena such as sound or thought which is then materially represented through ceramic vessels and sculptural compositions.”
*Each piece varies slightly inside and they are all unique with different set flowers in them, if you have a preference please state it in the notes, otherwise one will be randomly chosen for you.*
